It's a bit confusing that everytime I look at ads, majority of the ads do not disclose property sizes (condos or co-ops). Is there a standard sizing depending on the number of rooms or bedrooms?
Unfortunately there is NOTHING standard about anything Manhattan real estate related. from residential units to commercial space it's an absolute mess of information that the big players enjoy navigating...it's how they stay profitable.
